Mike and I often work with sellers for weeks or months before they plan to list, coming up with a strategy specific to their home and helping them implement it.
When I say "staging" I'm actually referring to the entire process - from our advice, to improvements the seller may make, to work we're able to help with (Mike donates a few days of work for clean-up and improvements), to our staging and the photography.
