The February 2014 Seattle and Eastside housing market data show continued year-to-year price gains.  Here are the numbers for Seattle, the Eastside, and Snohomish County.  Some of these year-to-year gains are affected by significant month-to-month price fluctuations, so comparing 3-month averages often gives us a better feel for price trends.
