November 2022: The Seattle and Eastside housing market is showing signs of being affected by the higher interest rates and general concerns about the economy.
These factors don't necessarily show that much in the numbers below, which still reflect results from the steep price increase we experienced in early 2022. Homes are still selling, but buyers are more cautious and more prone to "wait and see".
