Kirkland, Washington is located on the east side of Lake Washington, north of Bellevue and west of Redmond. The city center is around 10 to 15 minutes from Seattle and Redmond. Much of Kirkland borders Lake Washington, and real estate in Kirkland includes many high-end residential waterfront and water-view properties.
