Staging Example – Greenbrier Multi-Level

Filed in Home Staging by on July 23, 2014 0 Comments

This vacant home in the Greenbrier neighborhood of Redmond sold for $617,000 after 6 days on market, more than $67K over list price. Prior to listing it we worked with the sellers on a plan for preparing the home for sale, providing contractor recommendations and advice on color choices, exterior landscaping, and interior paint. Mike also oiled all of the woodwork (including the skylight surrounds!) to bring out their original warmth and luster, and helped update flooring and counter surfaces in the bathroom and laundry room. We then staged the home with a combination of our items and rented furniture, and hired our professional photographer to take outstanding listing photos.
