Staging Example – Redmond 2-Story

This vacant Redmond home sold for $614,500 after 5 days on market, nearly $30K over list price.  Prior to listing it we worked with the sellers on a plan for preparing the home for sale, providing contractor recommendations and advice on color choices.  We then staged the vacant home with a combination of our items and rented furniture, and hired our professional photographer to take outstanding listing photos.
