Advice and Recommendations

We are there for you during every stage of your home’s preparation.  We expect to be in contact with you regularly to provide advice on the best color choices, materials, and contractor recommendations.

Home Staging

We stage every property we sell.  This is included as a standard service in all of our listings.  We rely heavily on referrals, and the best way to get referrals is to provide the best possible service by showing your home at its best.  We both have a natural flair for staging and getting the best out of any living area by highlighting desirable features while maximizing light, space, and flow.

Professional Photography

We will have your home photographed by one of the best photographers in the Seattle area.  This is another service that is included as part of our standard listing service.
